Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund once opened, used, or tampered with:

Opened supplement products are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dailyessentialsco@protonmail.com.

We may require additional information to investigate and process your claim.
If approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Return Authorization Required
Do not send products back without first contacting us for return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender without refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedures outlined in this policy.
Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we may deduct shipping, handling, return shipping, and processing costs from any eligible refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, Vascoro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and may not issue a refund or replacement.
Customers should first contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or other individuals who may have accepted the delivery.
We may assist with carrier claims when appropriate but cannot guarantee claim approval.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
By placing an order, you agree to attempt to resolve any issues directly with us before filing a payment dispute.
We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, IP address records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions in response to disputed transactions.
Fraud Prevention
For the protection of our customers and business, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, require additional verification, or deny refunds if fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or excessive refund activity is suspected.
