Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International orders (if available): Delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at dailyessentialsco@protonmail.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.

Vascoro is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, Vascoro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and may not issue refunds or replacements.

Customers should first:

  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Check with household members
  • Check with neighbors
  • Contact building management or mailrooms
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

We may assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable, but claim approval is determined solely by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dailyessentialsco@protonmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Vascoro is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain regions, addresses, individuals, or jurisdictions where permitted by law.
